Your use of Tek Repair services (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

By ordering services from Tek repair you are entering into a contract with us. The terms below set out our obligations and what you are agreeing to. We would particularly draw your attention to your responsibility to check whether our services may have an effect on any manufacturer's warranty.

We will provide you with an estimate of the costs of any repairs or services. The cost and availability of any parts required may require further investigation and a further estimate. We will not charge our labour costs if we are unable to provide a solution. Payment may be made by cash, Visa ®, Mastercard ®, Maestro ® or bank transfer and is due on completion of the work, unless we agree otherwise. Cheques are NOT accepted.

If the same problem occurs within 90 days after we fix a fault, we will either;
· fix the problem at no extra charge, or;
· we will refund any money paid by you for the services we carried out, if we cannot fix the problem.
The 90-day warranty will not be valid if any failures or errors are caused by the subsequent incorrect use or maintenance of any item installed or configured by us.

We are not responsible for data and information on your device. We recommend that you take a back-up before handing over any equipment to us for repair.
If we carry out a service at your home we will need the following:
· Someone, over the age of 18 years, present who has a basic knowledge of the problem, access rights to the relevant equipment, and;
· Access to the equipment being serviced and electric light and power, and;
· Valid, original and licensed versions of any software. We will not repair jailbroken or rooted devices.


Whilst we will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to your system, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen consequences of our services.
We cannot be responsible or liable to you for:
any loss or corruption of data, information or records;
any loss of goodwill, or any loss of (or interruption to) business or contracts;
any failure by you to follow our reasonable advice, recommendations or instructions;
any losses you may suffer arising from your use of (or failure to use) any anti-virus software; and
any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We will ask you for certain details which we require to perform the service. This could include a postal address, contact telephone numbers and an email address. We will not pass this information to third-parties without your consent.

If we fail to enforce any accrued rights under this Agreement this is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights unless acknowledged by us in writing. It is hereby declared that the foregoing paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses of this Agreement shall be read and construed independently of each other. Should any part of this Agreement or its paragraphs, sub-paragraphs or clauses be found invalid it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time on giving notice to you. This Agreement sets out the entire agreement and understanding between Tek Repair and you and is in substitution of any previous written or oral agreements.


Collection and Drop Off of Equipment

By arrangement you may drop off and pick up your device(s). By using this method, you agree to collect the equipment within 28 working days (Mon - Fri 09:00 - 18:00) after the work has been completed.

If you do not collect all of the supplied equipment within this time frame Tek repair reserve the right to either:

  • Sell the equipment to recover our costs

  • Dispose of the equipment

Third Party Links

Tek Repair or Maztech UK does not take liability for any third-party links on our website. Although we try to ensure the links are accurate, you are using them at your own risk.

Manufacturer's or Third-Party Warranties

Tek Repair is not responsible for voiding your devices warranty (manufacturer or third-party). We highly recommend checking before booking your Apple device for repair.

Parts that cannot be replaced

Although most parts and components can be replaced within your device some exceptions do apply; for example;

Our 90 Day Warranty

Our 90-day warranty covers defects within the workmanship and parts fitted. Our warranty does not cover the following;

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Misuse of the device

  • Use/fitting of aftermarket parts inc. chargers and cables (unless fitted by us)

  • Parts pending full payment

  • Unauthorised service by third party
